About Us
At TheraPages, our objective is to create the perfect software platform to support therapists in their excellent work.
Founded by Stu Dixon and Rich Brown, TheraPages brings together decades of technical expertise with a genuine desire to support mental health professionals.
Rich and Stu share a passion for therapy. Both have benefitted from it in the past, and both have considered switching to therapy as a career. It’s this shared interest which fuels their commitment to creating software that frees therapists to focus on what they do best: helping others.
Founders

Rich Brown
With over 21 years of experience as a software engineer, Rich brings deep technical expertise across multiple stacks — starting in the Microsoft/.NET world and later transitioning into Node.js and modern JavaScript technologies. His career spans a wide range of environments: from large corporates and Silicon Valley tech companies to grassroots charities, early-stage startups, and years of independent freelance work.
Alongside his technical foundation, he has developed strong experience in SEO, both as a consultant and while working at scale in a large tech setting. More recently, his passion has shifted toward the potential of AI and automation to build software that’s not just smart — but genuinely helpful.
Driven by a desire to create tools that make a meaningful difference, Rich is especially drawn to building solutions for people and sectors that are often under-supported — including therapists, social enterprises, and nonprofits. He brings not only technical rigor but also a sincere care for human well-being, shaped by a long-standing interest in therapy, healing, and conscious communication.
A lifelong learner, Rich has explored a wide range of complementary practices including meditation, breathwork, yoga, journaling, and authentic relating. He brings this holistic perspective into his work, blending engineering precision with a thoughtful, values-led approach to product design and collaboration.

Stu Dixon
With over 25 years in the IT world, Stu brings a wide-ranging skill set spanning infrastructure, support, networking, operations, website development, digital marketing, and project delivery. For the past 8 years, he led Splendid Webs, a digital agency which specialises in supporting psychologists, therapists and charities, and is known for its diversity-positive ethos and human-centred approach. There, he balanced hands-on technical work with client strategy, digital advertising, project delivery and team leadership.
Stu’s career has taken him through world spanning multinationals, dynamic tech start-ups, charities, and everything in between. He’s worked across many departments and roles, which gives him a unique ability to bridge the worlds of tech, business, and people. Whether speaking with developers, executives, clients, or vendors, Stu brings a clear understanding of their distinct needs — and a steady hand in aligning them toward shared goals.
What drives him most, though, isn’t technology — it’s people. His own journey through meditation, therapy, and non-violent communication has instilled a deep sense of compassion that guides how he shows up in the world. He’s volunteered with organisations like the Samaritans and Leonard Cheshire, and is committed to helping people and organisations doing good things in the world.
At TheraPages, Stu brings not only operational leadership but also a values-led approach that prioritises clarity, empathy, and real human connection — all essential when building software that supports the work of therapists.
